How we source
Every number in IPO Stream is credited inline, right next to the figure, so you can check it yourself. Our main sources:
- IPO Scoop
- Renaissance Capital
- SEC EDGAR filings (S-1, F-1 and final prospectuses)
- Company press releases
- Major outlets such as Reuters, Bloomberg, CNBC and The Wall Street Journal
If something isn't confirmed, we label it a Rumour. If we can't verify a figure, we leave it out.
