Good morning! Let's talk about this week's IPO market. Slow but potential.

These are all US-listed IPOs filing with the SEC for trading on NYSE or Nasdaq — even though a few are headquartered overseas. That's standard for foreign companies coming to the US market. I've excluded anything that's just an uplisting or not a true IPO.

This UK company, founded in 1778, makes precision cast parts and superalloys for aerospace engines and industrial gas turbines. Long-term contracts with major players — about 70% of revenue locked in — and $837 million in revenue last year. Serious, established business.

Jefferies and Morgan Stanley leading alongside Barclays, Moelis, RBC, and Rothschild — a full heavyweight syndicate. The biggest deal of the week and the one to focus on.

Small $25M deal — foreign issuer listing on a US exchange, which is common for companies wanting access to US capital markets.

Bitcoin mining operation with facilities in both the US and Canada. Raising $22.5M at $4–$5 per share through Eddid Securities. The smallest and most speculative deal of the week — highly sensitive to Bitcoin price movements.

Skipped This Week

MetaOptics — not a traditional IPO, it's a Nasdaq uplisting from Singapore. Excluded from our coverage as uplistings are not true IPOs and should be of no interest for our purposes.

"Have a great week and good luck out there."
